You’ll be the face of our content—starring in short, scroll-stopping videos that make people go, “Okay, I NEED this!” Reels, GRWMs, unboxings, funny skits. If you already scroll through fashion and beauty content for “inspiration,” we see you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Star in and shoot short, trend-based beauty videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style).
  • Turn one shoot into five clips for different platforms.
  • Cook up fresh, witty concepts that go viral.
  • Bring big creative energy to every shoot.

You’ve Got:

  • A natural, expressive on-camera presence (confidence over perfection).
  • A real love for fashion and beauty.
  • A brain that never runs out of ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Customer Experience (CXp) and Seller Experience (SXp) to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Acquire and onboard new sellers, brands, and business partners in Chittagong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer retention and win-back campaigns to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Identify inactive, churned, and potential repeat customers through customer data analysis and segmentation.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to engage existing customers.
  • Plan and execute customer engagement campaigns using Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications (PN), and SMS marketing tools.
  • Communicate promotional offers, vouchers, and loyalty benefits through multiple marketing channels.
